Mission Statement: Families Together, Inc. is dedicated to a society that includes and values all people, encourages, educates and empowers families that include a child / youth with disabilities and / or special health care needs.
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Closed on Fridays from late May to mid August)
- Parent training and information and family-to-family health care center for Kansas, dedicated to assisting Kansas parents and their sons and daughters with disabilities and/or special health care needs
- Services include parent assistance, information and referral, workshops, conferences, advocacy support, newsletter, presentations, and lending library
- Additional Programs: Education Advocate, Child Advocate and Parent-to-Parent Programs
- Spanish speaking staff available to assist families
Eligibility: Families in Kansas with sons or daughters with disabilities and / or special health care needs
