Mission Statement: Shawnee Regional Prevention and Recovery Services (PARS) is a not-for-profit, voluntary health organization. PARS is committed to helping make our community a place where people of all ages are safe, connected with others and free from the effects of substance abuse.
Prevention And Recovery Services accomplishes its mission through Safe Streets and Prevention Services Department, which houses the Regional Prevention Center of Shawnee and Osage Counties and Evaluation and Intervention Services
Safe Streets creates a healthier community by addressing substance abuse and crime through prevention education and citizen empowerment.
The Regional Prevention Center, or RPC, works with communities to prevent substance abuse and related problems among youth.
Evaluation and Intervention Services offers substance abuse evaluations, referral and case management.
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Thursday
8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Friday

- Evaluation and Intervention program: provides substance abuse assessments and evaluations at low/no coast for youth and adults. clients may be referred to educational groups,counseling, or substance abuse treatment.
